STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

At Astro Nova Farms, we are committed to providing fresh, nutrient-dense produce and exceptional service. These terms ensure smooth and transparent transactions for both parties. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  1. Applicability of Terms
    The client agrees that these Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions with Astro Nova Farms, overriding any client-provided terms unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.
  2. Payment Terms
    All invoices are payable within 21 working days unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order. In the event of late payment, Astro Nova Farms may charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding amount and may suspend further deliveries or services without prior notice.
  3. Overdue Accounts
    If payment remains outstanding more than 60 days after the due date, Astro Nova Farms reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. All related legal and recovery costs will be charged to the client.
  4. Taxes & Withholding
    Any withholding taxes applicable under the client’s local laws must be borne by the client. Astro Nova Farms will invoice the full amount and will not be responsible for any additional costs related to the client’s country’s tax laws.
  5. Service Commitment
    We strive to deliver our products and services within agreed timelines and to the highest standards. However, unless explicitly stated, our obligations are not guarantees of specific outcomes. Astro Nova Farms cannot be held liable as a third party in disputes between the client and their end customers.
  6. Claims & Complaints
    Any claims regarding the delivery of goods or services must be sent in writing by recorded delivery to our registered office within 8 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
  7. Governing Law
    All transactions are subject to the laws of India.
